Had my first yoga class yesterday~!

And really enjoyed it, however...
I did have to take breaks during the session.

See I've made a commitment for the month
of July to take at least one Yoga class a week
and take a walk once a week.

I've let myself go and I have to start somewhere.

So any new commitments out there?


I think I will like this Downward Dog


and other various poses...

  1. Glad you enjoyed the yoga. I think I will try to get back into doing that. I know for me it helps with relieving stress.

  2. Thanks G, I hope to stick with it after my 'committed' time. Today, I can feel the muscles a bit more than yesterday but not nearly as tough as the personal trainer time where I could hardly move after my session with him (and really, it wasn't too hard but for this gal, it was!)

  4. Thanks, I hear nothing but good things about taking yoga so I am going to give it the old college try!
