That's right folks, I am going to give it the
old college try, try try, try, try, try again
and go to Weight Watchers... again!
I think I need the aspect of competition
to motivate me. That's when I was so successful.
This time, my cousin is going to join up
(although she needs barely an ounce to lose)
and we'll post our progress weekly.
I need to get more activity into my days...
yes, I am doing Zumba and yes, I have
started to go for walks again but they are
not consistent.
I need to start making better choices when
deciding on what I will put into my mouth...
I need to start taking better care of me and
my health. I need to become very self-centered
and focus on me and forget all the others
around me. (This and right choices are the hardest
part of this for me.)
Wish me luck, luck, luck, luck, luck, luck as I
begin the journey to a better me...
