Yeah, I've been Missing In Action
It's been quite some time
Either I haven't felt the need to share or
I haven't had anything to share....
Well I do have plenty to share,
but with whom?

both Brayden and mom are doing very well,

House Lisa was going after, a 'short sale' got an
offer back from the bank that brought the bank we
gave full asking price for in offer AND... get this...
they came back with an offer of $12K ABOVE
what the asking price was! WTF??? RU KIDDING?
You offer the full asking price and they counter with
$12K more than the asking price?
Not thinking this house it the one.
Mother's Day was great... gots very lovely gifts from
all the kids...

Next up is 34th Anny and 5X Bday!
Now that the wedding is over, hubby on my case to get
the Hawaii trip planned. Told him for his BIG 6-0 I'd
take him there. So that will be a nice break in the Sept/Oct
time frame.
